Dr. Zack Mekouar received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University School of Dentistry. After practicing general and family dentistry for several years, he completed his post-graduate training in orthodontics. He has been practicing Dentistry for over 15 years. While at NYU, Dr. Mekouar was a member of the student research club, where he was actively involved in research and development in the dental field.

Dr. Afsaneh Rangiani is a well-published orthodontist and scientist who has been providing expert orthodontic care in the DMV area for over five years. She is known for her friendly and compassionate approach, ensuring a fun and positive treatment experience for her patients.
Dr. Rangiani earned her Master of Dental Sciences and Orthodontics certificate from the University of Connecticut and holds a Ph.D. in Oral Biology from Baylor College of Dentistry.
She utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver precise and efficient orthodontic treatment, making the process smoother and more comfortable for patients. Over the years, Dr. Rangiani and her team have transformed hundreds of smiles by combining the latest advancements in technology with the art and science of dentistry.
Dr. Gia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2017 and went on to complete his pediatric dentistry certificate at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in 2019. Before that, he earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.
Passionate about working with children of all ages, Dr. Duong strives to make every dental visit a fun and positive experience for both kids and parents. He specializes in treating young patients using nitrous oxide, oral moderate sedation, and general anesthesia to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience.
Dr. Duong is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
